There was no live Representative during office hours onsite. Customer service, had to walk me through the process of accessing my storage unit. The entry latch to the unit is rusty, however I was able to get inside, after jiggling it a few times - needs WD40 or some other oil/lubricant applied. The unit and facility was clean. However, I didn’t feel secure, due to the fact that an inebriated person appeared lurking outside the gate. He initially thought I was the office manager onsite. When I informed him I wasn’t, and opened and exited the gate, he went through and entered the building. This was all during office hours at around 4:45 pm.

THE FACILITY IS CLEAN, THOUGH SOMEWHAT ANTIQUATED. THE ATTENDANT A REAL PROFESSIONAL. IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL. THE PUBLIC STORAGE APP WAS DEMONSTRATED. IT HAS FEATURES THAT ARE VERY USEFUL. THE SECOND FLOOR UNIT ITSELF LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED, TIGHT, WITH POST AND ALL. BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, I QUESS.
